X&O Books is Northwest Houston’s first and only romance-exclusive independent bookstore and drink parlor. We’re built from the ground up by a Cypress native, third-generation Houstonian, and woman who has a very serious TBR pile. We are proudly Texan, completely woman-owned, and absolutely obsessed with the genre.
Our shelves are stocked with the stories you actually want to read: Romantasy, Contemporary Romance, Western Romance, and all the spice in between. Whether you dog-ear pages or treat your books like sacred artifacts, you belong here.
