Shipping Policy
X&O Book Lounge | Effective: Summer 2026
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping (US)
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a threshold as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription Box Shipping
X&O To Go subscription boxes ship once per month. Subscribers will be notified of ship dates via email. Subscription boxes ship via standard carrier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package leaves our facility.
4. PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited options may not be available for these addresses.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address change requests must be submitted before the order ships.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
